    • Wasteful Habits

      • I have little sheets of paper lying around, with things like game codes and random numbers on them. Most of them are nonsense. I really should throw some of them away, or at least compile them.

        My boyfriend encourages leaving most lights and both computers on. He's never had to go into hock to pay bills before, the schlub. We have a lot of work to do!

        Opposites

        We were traveling and we'd stopped at this convenience gas station. A lady was getting into an SUV next to us when she suddenly stopped, looked at me and said, (Keep in mind she was almost expressionless the whole time) "That is a really nice suitcase; I love the purple. It's my favorite shade of purple."

        "Thanks" I said, caught off-guard
        "Where'd you get it?"
        "Target"
        "I'm going to go there right now and get one."

        Then she drove off. I didn't get much of a chance to say I'd had it for 3 years. My boyfriend said he thought she was going to shank me and steal the suitcase. There was definitely something off about her.
