        Smoking. How did I start? I must have been 12, out of curiosity. Cant say it was peer pressure cuz nobody pressured me, but I wanted to know why others did it. And then it became a social thing, my sister and I would smoke after school before band practice and it was I guess s-thing to do as an excuse for us to get away for a bit. Once I quit cold turkey for 8 months cuz it bothered this girl I was dating. She didnt ask me to, but I knew it bothered her (asthma or s-thing), so I just did. Why would I quit? I'm not sure. I'm a very social smoker, if nobody does I have no real interest. S-times, though, its just an excuse to go out and get some fresh air and alone time. Most times I go for days without smoking.

    • When I realized I was a grown-up

      • I couldnt run off to another city for days at a time. I couldnt just disappear after work. I had to put my interests on the side and set priorities, mine barely missed the trash can.
