I am always missing all these colombian fruits. You can't get them that easy in Europe..
Well,,, Oh my ,,, ! Did I said before I should loose a sense I would do it a whole year without tasting!? I miss already a very long time the taste of curuba, guanabana, zapote, chirimoya, lulo, mango, pitaya, mamoncillo, papaya, chontaduro..

Italian food is not just pasta and pizza, I think I would need a year traveling Italy in order to know all its kitchens and wines. Just try to imagine what this means: spinaci al pecorino, risotto al limone, agnello al pesto di menta, parmigiana de zuchinne e acciughe. Hm?
