Breakfast. I love eggs and would have no problem eating them all the time.

My first driving experience was not pretty. Days before my driver's education class started, my mom and I went driving around the neighborhood in her van. I did alright coasting around the block...until we pulled into our driveway. My mother instructed me to brake, instead, I hit the gas...HARD. I drove her mini-van right into the closed garage door.

Playing roller derby keeps me in shape. If I have time, I try to squeeze in a workout DVD here and there. I'm definitely more active on a daily basis in the spring and summer -- I mostly bike and walk wherever I need to go.

I used to think layer cakes were difficult...now, they're a piece of cake. Bread baking and French pastry are my next culinary challenges.
