OMG, there's a thousand of these. Try swapping your mashed potatoes for mashed cauliflower. Blanch the latter in just barely enough water, then pour off most of the water. Smash it up and add a little sea salt or skim milk, and any other flavors you might normally add to your mashed potatoes.
