      • I do not feel obliged at all...

        ha-ha that said they lie in my room on a bookshelf, cupboard or table glaring at me; I feel guilty each time I walk past them, not wanting to actually put them back into the book shelf, just in case I want to read them! To be fair I love reading, but with all this social networking malarkey I simply don’t find time!! 'one day my dear friends" BUT if it’s a bad book I won’t even bother!

    • LOVE Living in Other Countries

        I have done some "extensive traveling" as people say... but for some reason my travels never really involved a backpack - but rather a suitcase...

        I have lived in 4 countries other than my own, all by the age of 23!

        I was an exchange student to British Columbia Canada when I was 16, this was probably the worst experience of my life, none of that looking back it seems better crap, and this was plain old fashioned BAD!!!
        Next I lived in Holland, Delft, where I was an Au Pair - rocky start- Great end! Will go back ANYTIME from there I moved to London where I stayed for a year and a half, followed by a move to Northern Ireland!!!! AWESOME place!
        To be Honest I would gladly live in either of those countries again! My own country does not have as much appeal to me... sadly...

        i had a Boyfriend once who said i have level 2 Jedi mind powers when it comes to remembering things! what a compliment right!! i know nearly every song i've ever heard, for some reason if its got music to it i can remember it! in my next life i should aproach a song writer early on... can imagine there being some benefit to that! lol

    • On Money and Happiness

      • By now you would assume everyone KNOWS that money can NOT buy happiness...but I find myself struggling with this of late - FACT; you can not go out and party till you drop if you don’t have money! FACT; you can not buy food without money, but I think that the only real thing you need money for is as an aid, helping you to be that little bit happier...without your own happiness money will just drive you further into the ground!!
