Live in Italy
Oh my. The food? The people? The lifestyle? Did I mention the food? I've only been once and maybe it's because that visit was at an age where it's impact was immeasurable. But how much do I yearn to pack up stumps and move to the Italian countryside somewhere? Beyond measure.
Be a published author
This should really be #1. In some respects I have already achieved this, but I mean it in terms of a proper book. You know, with lots of words, not many pictures.
