        To stay healthy is the goal for each individual. For me, it matters the food we eat everyday. Drink lots of water, take my vitamins, sleep well, do a bit of exercise whenever it suits me, walking, dancing and limit stress, how? just smile.

        When I think about worrying, there are a lot of things to worry about. Bad people around, terrorism everywhere, bad health and so on. However, why I should be bother about all of this, if it happens, it happens.
        Stress is another thing to worry about and I hate it but we can't escape from it, just face it and handle it.

        Dolls. I remember when I was a kid, I have a doll with big smiling face, dark colored skin with long black hair. Eyes are big with long lashes. And another one with long blond hair, tall and slim. They are beautiful. It's a gift from my grandmother. We had a good time playing it with my sisters.
        Every kid must have a doll specially girls. They represent a sort of imaginary objects.
        Children has a creative imagination which they can express during playtime. Play is very important for children where they were started to form ideas, learn things and so on.
