Music sounds best when you can feel it

Actually I don't know if speakers are, necessarily, my preference. My preferred way to listen to music I love is loudly, but not so that it hurts my ears. I like to be able to feel like I'm enveloped by the sound, like I'm immersed in it. So I can feel it. I would absolutely love to have high quality speakers that would allow me to enjoy music the way I'd like without hurting my ears.

I admit I'm pretty into animal nature shows. So I would probably watch just about any of them. I've always particularly enjoyed shows on lions and other big cats.

I always wish I could meet baby big cats when I see the kittens. I know they will grow up to be scary critters that could eat me. I still want to meet the babies. And snuggle them.

I remember in elementary school, I loved the days that we got to watch nature videos in class. I don't know if anyone else was as interested as I was. But I thought it was awesome!

I'd like to get up early and stay up late. But I don't.

I don't actually do this, but I would like to. I like morning. I like night. Night usually wins. I need more sleep than I'd like to need. If I don't get at least 8 hours, my brain just doesn't function as well. If I absolutely have to, I can do 6 or 7 hours but I need to make up for it later.

I think it would be so awesome if you could just decide how much sleep you need.

I watched friends talk in chat rooms on aol a bit in '96 and '97. But it wasn't until Christmas of 1997 when I got my first computer that I really got started on the internet. It wasn't long before I had my own website and was making friends and posting on message boards. It seems like forever ago now.

I figure - why waste good pants on just being at home? Jeans are expensive. There is no good reason to wear them if I'm not going somewhere.

That said, as soon as I can, if I don't go straight home from work, I take off my work pants and put on jeans.

Until I'm home. Then it's PJs all the way! Comfy is best!

I am so not a grown up

I still don't feel like an adult! I know that technically I am but it sure doesn't feel that way.

I'm not even sure what could get me in that frame of mind. I'm thinking it's not a bad thing. Perhaps I should hope that I never feel like a grown up.

I don't think I'll finish "Wicked"

It is a rare thing for me to not want to finish a book.

I tried to get into Wicked. So many people seemed to love it that it seemed like I ought to give it a shot. But it just couldn't hold my interest! It all seemed to be about the politics of Oz and I just didn't find myself caring much about the characters. Alas. So I'm about half way through and I don't think I'll manage to talk myself into finishing it.
