    • Will I Ever Go Back to School?
      • Never say never is one of my life mottoes and here's why: I said I would NEVER go back to school for anything. I was so done with classrooms, homework, learning in general that I swore I'd NEVER go back. Well, I'd love to go back. I'd go back for a teaching degree or Athletic Training. I'm not sure how to go about it or how I'd pay for it, but if the cards fall into place, I'll be back in a classroom or taking classes online without griping about it.

Moral of this post: NEVER SAY NEVER!

    • Things I Have No Patience For
      • Haha...I saw this prompt and had to answer. But, I think the question for me should be: What DO you have the patience for?

With that said, I lack patience for pretty much everything. I have a hard time understanding why it takes some people HOURS to what I think is the simplest task. Or why people have to drive the speed limit. Or why people b!tch about something that is wrong in their lives...and then don't do anything about it. I think that's my biggest one. I sit and listen to people complain, moan, make fun of situations and people...and then don't do anything.

I am one of those people (most of the time) that act on how I feel. It might take me a bit to get some action, but if I am unhappy or mad or sad, I usually work pretty hard to fix it.

With that said...I am currently working on making myself happy in all aspects of my life. It's a slow process, but at least I'm doing something about it.

    • My Three 2010 Must-Do's
      • Find a new job/Go back to school
I'm tired of spending 70% of my life unhappy. (That's the percent of time we spend at work on average.)

        Exercise More
I know, this is a total cliche, but I do feel so much better when I am doing something athletic. It's been too long since I've ran for 90 minutes and loved every second of it. Going back to number one, once I figure out a more 'normal' schedule, with at least Sunday mornings off, I'm going back to the soccer team and kill two birds with one stone...getting my exercise and being happy 100% of the time.

        Write More
When I was in high school, there was not a single day/night I didn't write in a journal or on my computer. With prompts from plinky and my new blog, I am starting to pick it up again, but it's not an everyday kind of thing...yet. I'm working on that. Writing clears my head and helps me put things into perspective...but mostly, it helps keep my stress down. After all, I do write for a living...I just want it to be what I want to write about.

    • Technology I Can't Live Without
      • Oooo...This is a good one as I sit at my COMPUTER. Oh and there goes my CELL PHONE. And then there is always the TV. Lets work backwards. I just recently put cable back in my apartment so for months I lived without. I'm still here. However, to be fair, I did watch a ton of instant Netflix movies and tv shows as well as DVD's. But, I'm confident I could go without a television (even though I have three in the apartment.) My cell phone is a must-have-always contraption. However, when my service stopped for a few hours, I survived. I didn't even know it did until my sister told me...via an email, which brings me to my final answer. I can't live without a computer. Not only does it keep me entertained during 'down-time,' it is a way to communicate and learn things when you don't have a cell phone or TV. When someone calls at work and asks what the weather is going to be or if I know who ran for governor of California and won, it boggles my mind that they have to call to ask a question that a quick Google search would answer. Yay, for computers!
