    • Am I supposed to be a grown up by now?

      • I thought when I got my first real salaried job and moved into my own place that I was grown up, but no. All these things made me feel grown up: buying my first car, signing the papers on my first house, taking a trip to Ireland on my own, getting a great job at a cool company & moving from Texas to San Francisco... but really, no.

        When my mom died was when I felt both grown up and too young to be this grown up. But still, most of the time I feel like I'm playing at being a grown up.
