- The Most Difficult Recipe I've Mastered
-
I find everything to be a culinary challenge for me. But not due to lack of cooking skills. I try to create art when I cook. My husband often laughs at me because I will make dinner so pretty that he doen't want to eat it.
My biggest challenge right now is making my own pasta. It is an art by in itself. I truely love making new taste in my pasta. I love to add new favors and see what new taste comes about.
For me cooking is a stress reliever, an art, and something that I truely enjoy. It drives me batty when I can't cook. Just like now, I'm currently away from home for work and of course there is no kitchen in my room. I can't wait to get home just so I can cook a wonderful meal!

So I use to be on the fence about this question until my mother past away almost two years ago. My mother past away of cancer. She had a stroke about three weeks before she past and was in a hospital bed at the house. My brother's two year old daughter at the time wouldn't go in the room with her because she didn't like the bed that grandma was in. It scared her. Well the day before she past my brother and his family went to visit our parents. His daughter told them that she needed to say goodbye to grandma before the went home. Early the next morning my father called to tell me that mom had past. That morning my brother heard the little one up early in the morning, so he went to check on her. She told him to be quite becasue her and grandma were reading a book. Over the next two weeks or so this happened another two times. The first time it happened it was before they told her that grandma was no longer with us. I'm a believer that something happens to our souls when we pass from the physical world as we know it.
I love and miss you mom! I know your watching over the family from somewhere!

- What I Miss About Childhood
-
This is an easy question, my mom! She pasted away almost two years ago from cancer. For as much as my mother drove me insane growing up, she was still my mother. I miss her and often find myself reaching for the phone to call her. She was a very talented artist, so when I see paintings or drawings they often remind me of when she would sit in front of her canvas for long hours.

- One Body Part I'd Change

I would love to change my legs!! My legs are a little, well fat in the thighs. I would love to lose some weight there so that my legs look thinner and so that clothes fit better. If I lost some weight it would make running a little easier and more fun. I think I would feel a little better about myself also. It would also make for a healthier me!

Moon Over Morro Bay CA 30Oct2009 (High Quality Image)
Yes I would!! I would love to visit the moon and space. The moon is one place that I have dreamed of walking since I was a child. I know that we will never visit other planets in my lifetime, so the moon is the close thing to a new world. There are many wonderful things still left to be explored in space!
