I would remember to concentrate on experiences and living. I would try to travel more, worry less, spend time with family and friends and make sure that I was living how I wanted to live.

So why wait to know that you have only 10yrs?!?! I'm starting to see how I can do these things now as you never know if you'll be lucky enough to have 10yrs. I've started to write (something I've always wanted to do but never made time for). I've started to see how I can change my job, buy land, live differently and run my own business. The cogs have started to turn but who knows where the journey will go!
