I think it depends on which particular aspect we're talking about. For most parts change is possible but eventually we're a product of our childhood and upbringing so in some sense change might be rather difficult.

I've not been to many rooftops actually. The best which I can draw from my memory must've been the one at New Asia Bar at Swissotel. Not breathtaking but it was somewhat majestic.
