THere is a link between physical activity, productivity and creativity.

I get my best work done when on a stationary where I am in one spot for a minimum of 30 minutes.
I have a project that is tedious but necessary and knowing I am working on my physical plant and stimulating synapses simultaneously generates greater productivity and therefore is a springboard for further creativity.

There are too many toxic sounds in many day to day activities.
To conserve burn out on wasted stress I invested in noise canceling headphones to deal with sounds that are beyond my ability to control.
