The one day i go to work without my locker key!
I walk in go to my locker, and i've forgoten my key!
So i go up to the restaraunt anyway, and i start my prep, and the knife i'm using is aobut 20 years old and it needs sharpening, so i grab a steel and begin to sharpen, and i'm thinking "that guard doesn't look like it could protect me much" and then......SLICE! Bloood every where, at first i didn't even know where it was coming from, and then i realised it was from my thumb, so i walk down three flights of stairs, all wooooozy and i show my head chef, and he nearly passes out cause you can see the bone and a disected view of a vein or artery...nice ;)
So i get sat down and i have to sit there with my arm above my head and im swaying and going white.
So theyre trying to get me to the hospital as im loosing alot of blood, and the day i almost chop my thumb off, all the streets are closed for a bloody bike race, now a very bloody bike race lol.
So i have to walk through the city (in my chef whites) to the walk in centre and they tell me they cant do anything, so i have to wait an hour for a taxi to get there to take me.
So i eventually get there, i call my girlfriend, she says shes coming to meet me, by the time i'm all sorted shes not even ready!!!
So any way thats my story, picture provided. lol
