        Remove all the reminders
        The longer you have remnants and reminders of the person in your life, you will never get past it. I'm not saying you need to throw it all away, but maybe it needs to be out of sight for a while.


        Cry
        If it makes you feel better, do it.


        Keep an open mind when people offer you advice
        Need I explain? If so, listen to people who are trying to make you feel better. They love you, and don't like seeing you so distraught.
