I'd say so... I own and use a drill, I've glued (or made an honest attempt) all of our dining room chairs back together... I most recently put together a daybed by myself, instructions called it a 2 man job. Did I mention I'm a tiny person?

Because they are abroad for far longer than 6 months, and Texas is their home, the land that they love... they just have to go all the way across the world to remember how wonderful it is! :)

American Food
Usually the kind you can reconstitute with water, maybe a little butter. Because real Chinese food is just plain crazy weird.

Why would I send them anything that is nonconsumable and bigger than words? They'd just have to haul it back to the States anyway, and that's just silly.

Whenever I'm going through a crisis & get upset, my mother tells me to stop reacting and be proactive. Basically, I can keep crying about it or I can get up and do something about it. I'm a feeler (Myers Briggs), so I have to react before I can do... but I'm learning how to use my emotions to fuel the desire to be proactive.

I got through eat.

I guess I didn't really care to find out how to pray or love? No, that's not it. I read "eat" last summer in the first two weeks after I finished my masters, while I lounged around my aunt's pool basking in unemployment. Then I moved home, found a job and moved to Tennessee all in a month's time, so I guess I just got busy. Maybe I'll finish it when I have the time to lounge around a pool again.
