I actually, I love hold music. As long as it's real music. Sometimes they play real songs that I know the words too. I was taken off hold once and I said, "Aw man I was groovin'. That's a good song" ...to which the person replied, "I can put you back on hold if you want" and I was like, "No! I'm good" ....what a douche.
