I do indeed blog - though admittedly not as frequently as I should. I started the blog right after I turned 50 'cause I thought I needed to mark the occasion and find a place to support all the wisdom I had a acquired over the years. OK, well not that much wisdom but lots of honesty.

As for reading other people's blogs. I tend to glance at some every once in a while but don't really following anyone's blog regularly. And it seems that the same is true for my blog's readers.

I don't need to be the most popular girl but like having a place to air my thoughts which doesn't really fit into any one category.

    • Yucky food I will NEVER eat!!!!

I am cracking up at all the answers that include various forms of seafood because I could live on the stuff - sans sea urchin which is really yucky.

However, I will never, never, ever develop a taste for liver (cow or chicken or any other animal with one) or lima beans!!! Seriously - won't touch the stuff!!!

This prompt is a good reminder to me of how richly I have been blessed - and how I have been designed. When I was growing up I first wanted to be a ballet dancer and then as I got older I wanted to be a singer and then a bit older an actress. I have been truly blessed 'cause I got to do all those things! OK - I didn't get to be a professional ballet dancer but I DID get to dance ballet, tap, and jazz through my 30s and danced in shows until my late 40s. I am still singing - though my venue now is church - but I got to perform in musicals throughout my career. Finally, I have been an actress for close to 30 years and am now getting ready to head off to help teach young people the craft that has meant so much to me. All I can say is ... thanks God for all the opportunities you have given me throughout my life!
