    • If I Could Have Dinner Anywhere...

      • Chit Chat Restaurant in Stonetown, Zanzibar. Hard to find in the little alleys, linoleum table cloths, no music, spartan interior, BUT:
        -the best crab curry in the world (no shells)
        -the most unique cash register system I have ever seen. The owner takes your money and puts it inside a basket hanging outside the window. This gets hoisted to one of the floors above and lowered back down with your change.
        -good memories of the amazing people I've met and dined with there.
