As self serving as this answer is - I would spend it all on me- more horseback riding lessons. Every Sunday I head over to Marin and spend 3 hours at the barn - my Zen, my Yoga etc etc. An odd addiction for a Jewish girl from Brooklyn but I cant go a week without it or I get all ornery.
