In my opinion, i feel that a person or a couple should not have the right to have a child. It should be a privilege. They need to be licensed.

There are way too many people (my friends, your friends, family, etc.) getting pregnant too often or too young and have no real means to get by themselves, let alone with a child. This is unfair, almost cruel.

I believe you should not be allowed to have a child if: You are not financially stable. You are mentally unstable. You have not finished school. You are an idiot. Or really ugly, cause frankly, no one wants to see you breed, k?

This might also fix the population crisis. There seriously are too many people. Limit who can have children. If they truly are our future, then they deserve to be brought up in a comfortable environment, free of poverty, financial hardships, etc. None if this ghetto booty booty GURL WALK YO'SELF TO SCHOOL bullshit.

Anyway, thats just how I personally feel about it.
