After a long work days Sunday is the perfect day with the God and family. Sunday is the rest day for most of us and the catch up day for those we missed.

The Perfect Sunday morning is start it with God say thanks for the blessed week we had and being with the family over lunch. It is the time of the week to catch on things and plan on activities on the coming week.

Sometimes you have a dream and you want to reach that but many people would say its impossible to do, but you keep on working on it and even you failed a lot of times you just standing up to all of the others that there is no impossible just by holding to that dream.

We can pick up stress to almost anything.
But what stresses me most are things that is dark in nature.
A bad story, bad experience, something bad really that we can not solve or experience that has not in our hands, something we can not control, stresses me most. A problem or just a bad news doesn't stress me it's an opportunity for me.
