    • What's the oldest thing you own?
      • That would probably be this old Cabbage Patch doll my parents bought for me when I was born.

Actually, come to think of it, I may own something that's older than me. But that's not the first thing I thought. So ... oh well!

    • How did you get your name?
      • My name is Erin.

I think, mainly, I was named after my cousin - my mom's brother's son - whose name was Keith Erin. (Not Keith Aaron, but Keith Erin ... which is weird, cuz Erin is the girl way of spelling it, but whatever.) Anyway, he had kidney problems and died less than a year after he was born. My mom was in her late teens/early twenties and was really affected by it. So they named me Erin after him.

But also, my parents were really into the Waltons. And so I'm Erin Elizabeth after two of the characters. Elizabeth is actually a very common middle name attached to Erin. Lots of people were fans of that show, haha.

    • How many siblings do you have?
      • Oh No! Oh My! @ Mercury Lounge

I have one sibling. His name is Joel. He is 24, two and a half years younger than me. He is much cooler than me. He's a majorly social person. He's fantastic at small talk. He makes everybody like him upon first meeting. He works a room like nobody's business, and makes everybody feel welcome and like they're part of the crowd. In other words, personality-wise, we're pretty much polar opposites.

He's also a drummer. He's in a band. And he's in Europe right now, touring with his band. Helloooo, jealous. When I went to his place to say buy to him the day before he left for Europe, I said something along the lines of, "Have fun in Europe while I'm here teaching Algebra 2 to bratty teenagers." And he answered, "Hey, you chose it."

And that, my friends, is the story of my sibling.

P.S. This picture that's attached - it's actually my brother drumming, and it isn't a picture I uploaded. I searched for my bro's band name (Oh No Oh My) and that picture came up. That's how cool he is.
