Happy Birthday, Mom!

My housemate had an unpleasant surprise for his birthday last year.

The plot: To steal his car and put together a surprise party.

The result: We agreed to pretend to forget about his birthday. I brought him out for a simple dinner in his car. When we were eating, I signaled my other housemate (who was waiting nearby) to drive his car home using a spare key that we fished out from his room.
Housemate was stunned when we couldn't find his car. I tried my best to look serious and concerned but I think I failed. (Housemate was too panicked to notice that.).
I asked him to rush home to get some car documentations to "make a police report".
And everyone else were waiting inside the house while he was unsuspectingly opening the gate...
