- Ohayou Coffee
-
Coffee. Caffeine. Yes, a cup of delicious, bitter-sweet coffee makes my day.
Apart from taking care of my dogs, my morning coffee makes me happy to start my day. Although I may not be able to drink my coffee at home, because I might run late, I always start my day at the office with my coffee.
My coffee, for me is not that ordinary. I put choco powder in it. It's like a cafe mocha, Glee version. I even prefer drinking coffee than eating breakfast. I do not know. Maybe it's because of its delicious taste, or the caffeine in my veins that give me life during my lazy morning.

- Away from the Facts

As childish at it may seem, I prefer reading fiction.
It makes me a child again.
It is beyond imagination. It is not reality.
Sometimes, I just want to escape reality.
Others may see it as cowardice, but it's how I maintain my sanity.
That's why I read manga, I watch anime, I read Harry Potter.
It's because of the magic, the fun, the out-of-this-world turn out of events that de-stresses my stressful reality.

- The Online Diary
-
Blogging. It's one of my favorite past times - especially when it is at the middle of the month. During these times, I do not have a lot to do at work, so everything comes in, when I am calm.
Blogging is like giving my piece of mind. I don't talk a lot to people I do not know. And I think that a lot of acquaintances even know that I LOVE to write. Anyhow, I read other blogs but I cannot remember those that I have come across with, even though they have great content. Hmm, it's maybe because I don't have too much time reading them. But I do love theoatmeal.com. It's pretty hilarious. I'm also reading blogs like the amplifier from yahoo, and friends' blogs.
A blog is an online diary. Although I may recognize that, I don't actually explicitly, bluntly say my day-to-day activities. Maybe that's just for celebrities, I guess. I still want to maintain my privacy. Though I don't have anything against those people blogging about anything in particular about their life. That's cool with me. :)

- The Queen City of the South
-
Cebu. Cebu. Cebu. Shala la la Ce-boom, Ce-boom. Sha la la la la.
It may not be the greatest center for business as opposed to Manila and Makati. It may not be the city where skyscrapers live, the richest business men and women reside, nor the biggest trains are found, but it is the queen city of the south.
It is where the first Filipino won their battles against its conquerors, the Spaniards. Well, that may be a long time ago, but this little City is known for its fighting spirit. It is where Magellan's cross is found - the cross built by Magellan when they introduced Christianity to the natives. This City is the center of the centers, as I regard it. It is located in the Visayas region, and at the center of the Visayas region. Aside from that, it is known for its great musicians, old and new; fine-tuned guitars; good food; and great people. What can I say? I'm a Cebuana.
I am proud to be one. You bet that. This city is just right. Lesser population, lesser pollution - a city that has still reclaimed its traditions. The people here are a mix of urban and rural people that harmonizes the atmosphere, people with just the right tastes, and as they regard it, the audience that is hard to please. WE HAVE HIGH STANDARDS. LOL. You may think I'm talking rubbish, but just find it out yourself.
Anyway, I'm glad my city is booming. As evidenced by new IT parks, new establishments and investors coming in, and higher standards at that. But the competition is fierce. But I am up to it.

- I Don't Mind Being Wicked

Patience is a virtue. But when I encounter these things, I wouldn't mind being wicked.

1.) Arrogance.
People who posses this trait ain't gonna be on my friend's list. I don't even have patience nor the love for these creatures. They are self-satisfying, self-righteous, know-it-all people. I'd certainly avoid beings like those. If I ever get to deal with them, I'll just put a smile on my face with a matching low-profile responses. I wouldn't win on an argument or conversation with them anyway. So why bother refute?
2. Wasted time.
Life is short. And so is time. I don't want to waste it. The reason why I don't watch drama series or teleserye anymore. WHAT A WASTE of time, knowledge and intelligence. I can learn a lot of things in an hour, be productive in 30 mins, more so spend quality time to someone or something i a minute.
3.Waiting.
Waiting is a waste of time if I don't have an ipod or a psp or a laptop with me. But if I can bring something to focus on and not waste my time, it'll be worth the wait. I think this falls on the second category as well? HAHA. Anyway, that's it. :]
