Lord knows what I could (more like could NOT) have contributed. I mean, maybe he could've used a little sax--I could've put those skillz to passable use. Or I could've just picked up a pair of congas or something... whatever it would take to be on stage.
OR I think the ideal would have been to sing, either alongside Jimi or in the background! I promise I can harmonize decently, thanks to the then-torturous ear-training classes of my music major days.
