    • Bungee Jumping Versus Skydiving
      • Bungee! Bungy!

I like the sound of the word "bungee" so much that I'd have to pick that. SkyDIVING sounds much more like hitting the ground (not to mention that in my research, there are more small injuries in skydiving, than bungeeeeing)...

    • The Hotest Hot Versus the Coldest Cold
      • Bring on the heat!

        sunshine

Extremely hot weather lends itself to so much fun--especially if on the beach. I live near the gulf so when it gets hot, we jump in the pool or hit the beach with some cold ones and good music and lay back. If I get a job offer in a cold state that I am considering, I will have to keep my place in Florida. Extremely cold weather seems depressing, boring, and it impacts one's lifestyle too much. Besides it's not great for the body. Blood vessels constrict and muscles get tight. Too tight for me!

    • The News That Interests Me Most
      • Global

If I am reading the local paper, I like to read the cover or feature story first, then check out the rest of the local news. I am an inactive realtor so I like to check out home prices in the classifieds, then all the odd miscellaneous things people are selling.
If reading a national or other large paper, I check the business section for comic relief on all of the bumbles and crimes perpetrated by business and financial "leaders." I usually find there nuggets of other injustices like recalled medicines and FDA failures.
The the entertainment section for the hap'nins...

    • If I Had the World's Attention for Two Minutes
      • People, let's start learning from our mistakes. We need to have one global "lessons learned" or root cause analysis and stop the madness. If we know that every human is the same on the inside, how can we still have hatred? If we know it is important to protect the environment, why are we still making and buying 50 packs of bottled water? If we already know that two political parties can never come to any agreement for meaningful solutions, let's eliminate the parties. Stop making the same mistakes over and over and over again.
