OK, When I Open My Eyes All Those People Will Be Gone!
I would pick a Polar Bear. I'd get an big pool in the back yard and let him hang out in it when it gets cold in the winter. I would then crank the air conditioner to eleven during the summer months. I'm sure the cats wouldn't mind the polar bear hanging out in the house.
