Just a few days ago, I was talking to my friend, Aaron, about a problem I was facing at school. He told me, "Well, it doesn't look like this problem is going to go away, so why not find joy in it?"

I was surprised. How was I supposed to find joy in a situation where rumours are flying around about me?

But I tried, I really did, and it has helped me a lot, not just in this particular situation but in other areas of my life as well.

And while we're talking about this, let me just add that Aaron is an amazing human being. He finds joy in everything he does. His work is passionate. I admire him.

People misusing apostrophes. I guess that isn't too weird, but yeah.. It pisses me off.

I also get annoyed when people from my school use American spelling as we follow a British schooling system and they KNOW that using American spelling just makes them lose a mark.

1) Photographs & Memories reminds me of Maria. Many songs remind me of her actually. Some of them include She's Got You High by Mumm-Ra and I Will Remember You by Ryan Cabrera.

2) Time Well Spent reminds me of Ella because she introduced Tom Felton as a singer to me. :)

3) It's Only Life by Kate Voegele reminds me of Bazh. It's our 'getting along with life' song. :D

My First Butterfly of the year...

1. Eggplant -- there's no egg in eggplant damnit! And it does NOT look, IN ANY WAY, like an egg!

2. Hamburger -- again, NO HAM IN IT.

3. Butterfly -- just because it can fly doesn't mean you can put any BS word in front of it to pimp it up. And inappropriate names for things like 'butterfly' causes people to come up with stupid jokes like "Did you know that butterflies were created when someone accidentally threw butter out a 13th floor window?! Hehehehehehehehe." >.>

Barn Swallow (Hirundo rustica)

A swallow or a dove. Both are very beautiful birds. :) Doves symbolise love and new beginnings and I'm pretty sure swallows are like guardian angels. I've heard of people getting swallows tattooed onto themselves to remind them of late parents, loved ones, etc.
