Home, to me, means the place where you are happiest. It's the place or person that makes you feel comfortable; like you belong. I have many homes, and each one gives me a sense of security. I always enjoy myself and feel like I'm able to be carefree.

- Book Recommendation

I would recommend Samurai's Garden. It is such a great story and teaches the reader that beauty is from within and can be found in the most dark places. It's touching and I can't give a summary because I will accidentally spoil it for you. Just read it; it's worth it =]

- Disappointing at First Glance
-
The most recent movie that disappointed me was Paranormal Activity. The advertisements made it look absolutely horrifying; like something that would give you nightmares for weeks. Instead, it was like a documentary that never really showed anything truly scary.
While it was a disappointment, I did some research. It turns out the movie was made by some friends who entered it into a film festival. Some important person (I can't remember who at the moment) found the movie well put together and advised them to put it in theaters or w/e. Pretty cool if you ask me =]

- An Engaging Conversation

The last person with whom I shared a great conversation was my boyfriend's aunt. I was reading a book titled "Under the Banner of Heaven." The book was talking about Mormons and the actions of some Fundamentalist groups and some of the information was intriguing and her and I had a long conversation about it.

- My Conviction-Free Crime

If I were to get away with one crime, I would have to go with inhumane testing. I would create a cure for cancer and when I believed enough testing had been done I would proceed to test on a human inflicted with cancer to see if it would work. I would do this only if I thought the cure would actually work of course. There would be a lot of research and testing going into it and once I thought it was safe and effective I would test on a human subject.
Scary what people would do for the advancement of science and medicine, huh?
