- In response to: "What was the comfort food you enjoyed most growing up?" The comfort food I enjoyed most as a child would have to have been (and still is!) mac and cheese. Even now, if I'm having a really bad day, a good old box of Kraft makes my day just a little better.

- Long Weekends.....1 of 2 ways

Depending on what kind of week I've had it could go one of 2 ways:
1. I'd spend my long weekend relaxing in the sun with a cold drink in hand enjoying the company of my favorite person or persons. This would preferably be done next to a body of water...
2. I'd be inside, on the couch mindlessly spending time with girlie movies and t.v. shows.
