    • Finding Creative Inspiration

      • Sunlight

        I usually find creative inspiration from random things i see and then contemplate. I especially find it useful to allow my mind to wander and then try to follow it to the source of imagination. I think that's why i'm so enamored with the story of alice in wonderland.

        I have seen in the past years that my sexuality can be very inspiring and i find it daunting how the sexual energy others produce in me can be so powerful. I'm actually trying to come to grips with this right now. When i have sexual energy motivating me, i find that i want to dress the way I like, not the way others think i should. I want to exercise cuz i'm more aware of my body and grateful for it. I also am more conscious of being healthy and eat more thoughtfully. . . . .

        another amazing aspect of this to me is the confidence: i am fueled by the attention of individuals and it gives me confidence to set things in motion!

        I'm still not sure about how i feel about this cuz i do think it can be playing with fire if you're in a committed relationship. I'm currently trying to learn to keep this in balance and learn to use it respectfully.

        Creative inspiration feels like the warmth of sunlight holding me. I like to think that it's what being held by god would feel like.

        My favorite types of creative projects are writing. it's easy to finish as long as it's a poem and i can't get distracted from it as easily. When i actually have an attention span though, i love to work on mosaic project. Breaking things and then putting them back together in a pleasing manner is what floors me.

        Very difficult to say: i can't find as diverse people in the country, but it really holds everything i find dear: Natural setting, less strip malls, simpler way of life. I guess i would only desire to live in the city for social/cultural benefits. I don't usually find people friendly to bisexual Latinas into spirituality and art in the country.

        Simply for the sake of survival, i'd have to choose the city

    • Mountains Versus Marathons

      • Rock Climbing in Rumney, NH

        I've never done either but i think it would be more enjoyable to climb a mountain simply cuz there would be great opportunities to take pictures. I think there wouldn't be much to photograph in a marathon. . . .not that i could while running . . . .but i suppose you're a lot less likely to fall to your death on a marathon . . .yeah, i'm sticking to climbing a mountain. That seems more worth the trouble.
