Truly important that this book came to me when it did. Rescued me from myself, as nacho cheesy as that sounds. It's not religious at all.
1st book that made me stop criticizing myself. Convinced me that I wasn't a "bad" person.

Right now my favorite room is my office. Despite my love to cook and my pretty sweet kitchen, my office is the one room in the house that's all mine. I have my own library with many books still to read, beautifully painted walls, my keyboard, guitar, laptop, and all the essentials I need for writing. My pup Mia and a cup of tea by my side, I'm set for a long time...

Actually, the first destination I wrote was Galápagos Islands, but this prompt said it "couldn't find that location." And THAT's why I'd want to go there.

A toughie. Have thought about this loads and not sure I've ever made a definitive choice...
I might have to go with a chimpanzee. I think they would be so much fun -- pal around together, learn sign language, and develop a real bond. More like a buddy than a pet.
