If I had to pick only one book to read for the rest of my life, I'd have to go with Rant: An Oral Biography of Buster Casey by Chuck Palahniuk.

I'm actually a Linux user, so not a standard PC user. PC compatible maybe? I just don't go in for the super tight hardware/software integration and the markup that it brings. Not saying OS X isn't capable and sexy, but I'm not paying a premium for it.

Niagara Falls
I've wanted to go to Niagara Falls for years, so it was really great to get to go with Darcy. The B&B was amazing, and the falls are indescribable.
