    • Why I gave up on "The Reader"

      • I didn't "give up" on it, exactly. I just had lots of other reading to do for my college classes. What I read was definitely good, and now that it's chic because it has been made into a movie, maybe I will dust it off and try again. After all, the story really couldn't be more "my-type-of-thing."

        I'm goin' with ducklings. Like, eleven baby ducks. They always follow the leader in a line, and they always stick together. And, seriously, have you seen how ridiculously adorable baby ducks are? Oh yeah, and they NEVER grow up. They NEVER grow into big ducks. Isn't that insane?!?

        There would always be crowds (whether my last record was shit or not); I would never have to worry about security; and hopefully Rahm Emanuel would roll with us. That guy's insane, and I think it would be best if he were on my side.
