    • will help a headache

      • I suffer from tension headaches. Because this is an incurable condition i have various things that i do. I stretch my neck out; moving it from side to side slowly and then up and down. I also take a hot shower. Putting ice on my head sometimes helps too because the nerves inside the head reduce in size. Other times i eat a snack that is high in protein; this gives me energy and instantly reduces my pain.

    • A hard goodbye

      • The hardest goodbye I ever had to sayy was at my eighth grade graduation. I went to a small Catholic school that held students from grades k-8. i went to that school for all 9 years and was very close to the 51 other students in my grade. When it came time to leave i couldnt believe it. Eventhough 9 years is a long time it was not enough for me I wanted to stay in school there forever. At least twice a week in my eighth grade year i would cry beacue i did not want to leave.
