interesting and timely question. as it turns out revolutionary road is my husband's favorite book going way back. and now it's a big time movie w kate & leo. when we first started dating he gave me rev road with the high hopes that i would be moved by the storytelling and writing like he was. unfortunately, i was 25 at the time and made it 2 chapters before i dropped it. a story about a married couple in suburbia that becomes disenchanted with their lives and eachother just wasn't the kind of subject matter that resonated with me back then.

now that i am 33 and uber mature, perhaps i'll give it another shot. or maybe i will just see the movie and call it a day.

i should've been there in the beginning, but really it would have to be end of college. ok, i'm drawing a blank. i really don't remember. it feels like the internet has always been my pillar for information personal and professional. i recall my first recruiting job out of college and my boss saying that when he started they had a phone and a computer to store contact information. I couldn't and still can't imagine.
