I filled in a webform on the Sean Hannity Radio Show website and won the grand prize drawing. My husband and I were flown to NYC for four nights, given tons of spending money and recieved press passes to attend the 2004 Republican National Convention.

I hate wearing socks and shoes.

I am more of a sandal or flip-flop gal. So if I was out walking around and had socks on I immediately take them off when I get home and put my Birkenstocks or Havaianas on. By the way, I do not like being barefoot, hence the sandals.

If you are lucky enough to see the Twelve Apostles you will remember them forever.

The Twelve Apostles in the Southern Ocean off the Great Ocean Road in Australia has to be one of the most photographed and picturesque sight in all of Victoria. They are a sight to behold.

Turkeys are scary.

Apparently I am afraid of turkeys. I have no idea how long I've had this affliction, but last weekend while at a petting zoo in The Grampians, Australia, I encountered hungry turkeys and wanted nothing to do with them. I had no trouble feeding the peacocks or petting dingos, but man alive, those turkeys scared me!

I hate it when people say functionality, sortation and orientate.

Functionality
I liken it to conversate. It just isn't a word to me. I know it's in the dictionary and all, but I think function should suffice.

Sortation
It is not a word! Items don't go through sortation, they go through sorting!

Orientate
Again, it's not a word. Someone is not orientated, they are oriented.
