If I was going to gather signatures for a petition, it would be to vastly improve the state of our food system. The subsidizing of corn is bad for the animals, creating new strains of e.coli that is really bad for us people, and resulting in things like our beef being rinsed with ammonia. Um, gross?

The eggs in our fridge are way too likely to have salmonella, and the fast food industry has led to cooking being a lost art, as well as damaging the way we eat. In general, we are getting more and more unhealthy, and there's only so much we can do as individuals until the food industry goes back to being about the food, and not just the bottomline.

Better food for a better tomorrow, please.

When I was younger, my mom's cure was "clean the house"; strangely, I was un-bored when she said that! Now I think about cleaning, and some days, if I'm really bored... I actually do it. Growing up sucks.

Otherwise I usually play some game, watch a movie, knit, or take a nap.
