        You climb up the shelves in your pantry as high as you can, placing one foot on each side of a corner, spreading your legs as far apart as you can. Then you wrap your arms around yourself, as if you were holding a jar, and turn your upper torso to face back towards the doorway of the pantry.

        Roller skating makes me wish I was a kid again. When I take my kids to the skating rink, I usually rent skates myself. They don't play the same music as they did when I used to go skating, and I'm certainly not ten anymore! I want to dance around the floor to the songs like I used to when I was little, but I'm resigned to just skating around the big oval like all the other adults do. When I was little, my dad would take me roller skating; he'd sit there on the sidelines for hours, just watching me skate. I give him all the credit in the world, now that I'm that parent, skating for a little while, then sitting and watching the kids go round and round and round. That's love.
