        Me and my teammates drove 12 hours from manhattan, ks to Peoria, IL for a cross country race. Then 12 hours straight back in a 48 hour time frame... Not much of a road trip!

        Yes, but only in public places. I get more work done in public places becuase home is a place to relax and unwind. dealing with more work I need to be thrown into a different atmosphere but music is needed to tune other people out!

    • My Favorite Form of Exercise

      • country road

        I would choose to go for a long run any day of the week-- an easy choice for a distance runner. But there is no better feeling in the world then when your closing in on your 10th + mile and your speed gradually picks up. It's tough to say there is any better "high" then the end of long run.
