    • Good deeds don't go unnoticed
      • There have been many things that strangers have done that were nice to me. The nicest thing a stranger has ever done, that I precisely remember, is when this woman gave me this beautiful bracelet I was admiring while I was in the Bahamas. I was looking around at the jewelry this elderly lady was selling and I had admired this bracelet she made and complimented her on it. She then proceeded to hand it to me, and said to keep it. I repaid the favor by purchasing something from her stand, and I know this made her feel happy. I have repaid the kindness to another stranger very recently. Where I work, this old man named Anthony comes in every other week, and usually just comes to talk to me. I guess I have the ability to make his day, and he always has something to say about how I made his day better. Just talking to him is the way I have helped him by being more positive, and having a positive outlook on life.

    • I don't need this stuff anymore
      • All my old books
I would toss, or get rid of them because I not longer use them or read them, and they just take up space in my room. I would try to donate them so they can go to use somewhere else.

        My old dance costume
I would get rid of my costumes because they take up additional space in my closet. I would be upset about getting rid of them, but I know that after I am done with dance that I will not longer need them anymore.

        Old Dresses
I would get rid of my old dresses I wore for my sweet sixteen, various sweet sixteens, and other formal occasions. They take up extra space in my closet and I no longer wear them anymore, so I could get rid of them because they have already served their purpose.

    • A winter memory
      • A winter memory that I remember very well is when we had that Presidential snow storm and the snow was so high that school was closed for like two days. I remember the snow plow left huge piles of snow by the curb of my street and that my brother and were able to stand on top of the pile and slide down it. Afterward my brother and I went inside and my mom made us hot chocolate and we went back outside and did it all over again. I just remember loving the huge snow piles and making igloos by the curb of my house where there are not cars whatsoever.

    • SURPRISE!
      • My friends came to see me
I was dancing the other day and my friends had said they may or may not be able to come see me perform. I was originally upset because I really wanted them to come, but to my surprise at the last minute they showed up and were able to see the entire show. I was so happy.

        College
I was surprised to find out that I got a scholarship to one of my top schools. This means that my parents may pay for my whole college tuition since I did receive money to my third choice. I was very happy when I received the letter, and the scholarship money was just an exciting added surprise.

        Work
I was surprised at work when my boss told me that I was no longer going to be doing what I normally did, but that I would have more power over the other employees and be able to do more things. I found this to be surprising because I thought my boss hated me, which in fact I guess she did not.
