Nevis in the clouds, from St. Kitts
There is never perfect weather in Leeds where I live, and rarely perfect weather in Nottingham. However this is probably because I associate beaches with the perfect weather, and sunshine, no matter how fervent, rarely produces perfect waves across Roundhay Park, or the Downs on University campus.
