      • I broke up with husband number 1 when we were girlfriend and boyfriend for about 3 months. He begged me for another chance and I gave it. Stupid stupid stupid me. I should have gotten in my car and driven away and never look back.

    • My great escape

      • about forever ago, I was married to husband number 1, and we were miserable, as was my life. I found a scratch ticket that had been scratched, and when I looked it over, I saw a 20 thousand dollar winner. I started shaking and I got my car keys and got into the car and drove down the street to collect myself. 20 grand was enough to leave him! I could leave him, get an apartment, pay it in advance get furniture and have a little to live on til I got settled in. I called a friend and told him about the plan and he asked me what the alpha code on the ticket was. Apparently if it is a onw dollar winner, ONE will be on it, FVE for a five TWO for two HUN for hundred, you know? It was all nonsense. KMP I guess whatever. It wasnt a winner. There were 2 games on 1 card... and i cried. Thats when I knew I had to move on, and eventually I left him and went to SCHOOL and furthered my life on my own.
        I have a husband number 2 right now, and I have no escape plan because right now my life is the best.

        I am a lucky girl. Married a wonderful guy that likes to be close yet distant, he is handsome and funny and faithful. I have a secure good job with nice people and my car runs and gets me to where I need to go. My parents are alive and my kids are healthy and I have everything I need and buy what I want. I complain about stuff but in the grand scheme of things... my complaints are shit.
