- Fitness Plan for Spring
-
two-girls-exercising-cayucos-beach1
My fitness routine lately consists of walking to the kitchen and fixing food every few hours. Oh, and finger workouts from typing. Sometimes I go shopping where I have to walk around and push clothes to the side of the racks.
...anyway.
I'm planning a new fitness routine this very day! I'm going to get up in the mornings and eat a big, nutritious breakfast.
Around noon, depending on the weather, I will do a workout video OR go do some other active thing outdoors. (Ride horses, Ride a bike, Play volleyball, I've always wanted to run around with weights on my ankles) Then I'll have a meal after.
At night, I will have a small snack, and I will not eat after 8pm! Hopefully. Unless I get invited to a restaurant or something...
But no! I have to stick to the plan. This picture is going to be me by mid-spring!!

No, I just happen to be out of town every single time something exciting happens. Lucky me, I guess. =)

That's right, I'd go back in time to party. ;) I remember how wild it was. Nobody parties harder than when they think they're going to die. Plus, I miss the 90's.
Coming into the new millennium (again) is the coolest thing I can think of. I was lucky to have that occur in my lifetime, and I feel like I couldn't fully appreciate it, considering I was an 8 year old...

- Three overplayed songs, but I still love them
-
Ain't No Rest for the Wicked by Cage the Elephant
Because it's catchy as hell. (Is hell catchy? You know what I mean.)
It makes me want to go to Vegas... I guess because it's the City of Sin.Midnight Train to Georgia by Gladys Knight & The Pips
She has a lovely voice. This song is smooth as the side of an ice cube.
Stairway to Heaven by Led Zeppelin
Because it's Zeppelin. Their music is pure awesome, and no matter how many times you play awesome, it's still awesome.
