      • I have never seen a ghost and I do not think it is possible...not in the way represented in pop culture.

        There is no doubt in my mind that humans can experience all sorts of paranormal activity, however, all of these things happen because God allows for them to occur.

        For example, apparitions that appear in a home (like a benign haunting) may be God allowing the individual experiencing it an opportunity to gain some insight. A more horrific experience may be allowed to occur to strengthen the faith of a person or because the person themselves has opened the door to demonic activity (see Father Z's comments http://bit.ly/42RWJs). Other apparitions, such as those of Our Blessed Mother, are allowed by God to occur most obviously to lead us to Jesus through her messages.

        Nothing happens without God's knowledge but He allows certain supernatural things to occur, they are just
