      • I would recommend something inspirational, up-lifting, or spiritual. Perhaps a book about positive thinking, fulfilling your hearts desire, or turning your dreams into reality. Anything that places an emphasis on this being the first days of your "new life" as opposed to the constant reminder that the "last days" of the old life have just ended. For example, Barbara Hoffmeister's book, "To Be or Not to Be, The Choice is Yours, Get Your Dreams Back and the Courage to Make Them Come True."
