Regret is a waste of energy.
It's not unavoidable (unless you're a sociopath), but it shouldn't take more than a few seconds to process it. Own your decisions. Change them if you need to. Then move on.

Again, not embarrassing. One of Ramones best songs, period. Happy love fun beach but still totally New Yawk Punk Rawk.
What is it with you people and embarrassment? The only things that occasionally embarrass me are things I didn't choose to do. If I get up in front of a bunch of people to sing, it's because I want to, and I sure as fuck won't be embarrassed no matter how I perform.
